At our shop, we want you to shop for your PastelVow makeup with complete confidence. If your cosmetic item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward return and warranty policy ensures you’re fully covered.

Returns Policy

• 30-Day Return Window – You may return your PastelVow makeup within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition – Items must be unused, unswatched, sealed in original packaging, and include all original mirrors, puff accessories and outer boxes. Opened or contaminated makeup cannot be accepted for returns due to hygiene standards.
• Process – To start a return request, contact our customer service team with your full order number and clear photos of intact goods.
• Refunds – Once inspected and approved, full refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Initial shipping fees may not be refundable.

Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing defects in powder formulas, casing materials or craftsmanship
• Defective embossing, mirror quality and compact structural durability

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (pigment fading, minor surface scratches, etc.)
• Damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or self-modification of engraving
• Improper cleaning storage or unauthorized self-repairs
